We do offer international shipping for an additional fee.

live animals will only be delivered to the UK with Royal Mail
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR IS DAMAGED
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

If your decor us arrives broken or breaks within 48 hours, replacements will be sent out subject to stock availability.
we do not offer refunds for moulding issues and our decor that may be subject to moulding, is not recommended to be kept in enclosures with a humidity higher than 70%.
WHAT ABOUT SPIDERS
Once your spider leaves our care, it is important to recognise that we have no control past this point.
if you have requested a non standard day delivery its important that your are available to receive the delivery.
Normal delivery days are Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday.
(Non standard delivery days are Saturday)
WE DO NOT HAVE A MONDAY ON ANY SPOODY PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
If your spider has arrived deceased, a replacement spider will be arranged to be dispatched to you sent out subject to availability.
If you are unhappy with the selection of spider or with the stock available, a refund for the spider will be issued.
Postage is non-refundable.
Video proof of the deceased spider is required to receive a replacement or refund. you are required to contact us within 1 (one) hour of delivery should your spoody arrived deceased any claims after this will be deemed invalid.
Photos of the packaging, if damaged, will also be requested. please include this with your initial email
